Take the circumference of the fullest part of your torso. Start by placing one end of the measuring tape on the fullest part and wrapping it around it. Ensure the tape wraps under the armpits, shoulder blades and back to the start point.
Take the circumference of the slimmest of your torso. Which is approximately 1-2 inches above the belly button. Circle the tape around to make a full circle.
Take the circumference of the widest part below your waist. Start by placing one end of the measuring tape, circle it around your rear to make a full circle. Ensure the tape is wrapped over the widest part of your hip while keeping it parallel to the floor.
